WHAT’S INCLUDED

What’s Included With My Stay?

Your package includes a 4-night hotel stay with full access to the Ritmo del Sol experience, including all concerts and pool parties throughout the event.

What Amenities Are Included at the Resort?

Guests enjoy access to 9 restaurants, 7 bars with unlimited drinks, 24/7 room service, private beach access, and multiple rooftop and infinity pools.

Are All Events Included?

Yes. All concerts and official pool parties are included with your stay.

What’s Not Included?

Flights, spa services, off-site excursions, premium alcohol upgrades, and concierge extras are not included and may be purchased separately.

Festival Experience

Is there a dress code?

There is no official dress code — dress comfortably and express yourself.

Are seats assigned for shows?

Yes. Seating is selected after choosing your room package.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. Please contact the Box Office for availability and pricing.

Can I buy tickets without booking a room?

No. Festival access is only available through our all-inclusive resort packages. Tickets are not sold separately.

Whats the max Room Occupancy?

Rooms accommodate 2 adults. Guests may be added up to 30 days before arrival.

What do I need to book?

Name, date of birth, email, phone number, address, and credit card.

What about payments?

• Pay in Full: One-time payment

• Payment Plan: Monthly payments on the 15th

• Final payment due: September 15, 2026

Late & Default Policy

• $50 late fee after 5 days

• Considered in default after 15 days

• Reservation canceled after 30 days (no refunds)

Refunds & Insurance

• All sales are final — no refunds. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

VAT Notice

• VAT applies to Mexican citizens and guests who do not present a valid passport and immigration form at hotel check-in.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. It must be valid for 6+ months after your travel dates.

Which airport do I fly into?

Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Is airport transportation included?

Yes. Roundtrip shuttle transportation between Cancún International Airport (CUN) and Royalton CHIC Cancun is included for all guests arriving and departing between October 14–18, 2026.

How long does it take to get to the resort from the airport?

Once you clear immigration, customs, and baggage claim (typically 45–75 minutes), the shuttle ride to the resort takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
