Travel insurance is highly recommended for your Ritmo del Sol getaway. Because this is an international trip, travel insurance can help protect your plans in case of unexpected situations such as flight delays, weather issues, medical emergencies, or changes that prevent you from traveling.

Our official trip insurance provider is AIG.

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle Information

After securing your package for Ritmo del Sol, simply book your flight to
Cancún International Airport (CUN) — and we’ll take care of the rest.

Most guests should expect approximately 5–15 minutes to clear immigration,
customs, and collect luggage before meeting the shuttle, depending on arrival
time and airport conditions.

After collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the airport exit and locate
the Ritmo del Sol shuttle signage, where our team will be there to assist you.
The transfer to the Royalton Chic Cancun takes approximately
30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Round-trip shuttle transportation between Cancún International Airport (CUN)
and the Royalton Chic Cancun is included only for guests arriving on
October 14, 2026 and departing on October 18, 2026, the official event
check-in and check-out dates.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Please be sure to submit your flight information in the
Guest Dashboard once available. This allows us to coordinate your arrival
and ensure timely shuttle service.

Documentation

If you’re traveling from outside of Mexico — including all guests arriving from the United States — a valid passport is required.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

Please note:

You will be required to present your passport at hotel check-in. Any guest who does not provide a valid passport and their immigration form (FMM) at check-in will be charged the applicable VAT tax by the resort.
